Development of fun and easy to use mobile games
Big Buddha Games primary concern is in development of fun and easy to use mobile games for mobile platforms like Apple ‘s iOS, iPhone, iPad and Google ‘s Android. We take development and publishing in our own hands. Development in Apple ‘s iOS and Google ‘s Android market is in our opinion the way to go in the world of mobile games. Especially Apple ‘s iOS provides an easy publishing and development platform for mobile games.
On the 23th of July 2012 Big Buddha Games has been founded from the roots of the KvK Amsterdam.

So it begins
We already started working on a concept for a few mobile games, but because of big evil game companies that are out there to steal our marvelous mobile games and ideas, we won’t reveal any details about the gameplay just yet. We started the cross development of our first concept for multiple mobile platforms. Apple ‘s iOS, iPhone and iPad will be our first development and publishing platform for our mobile games. If the mobile games on Apple ‘s iOS, iPhone and iPad tends to be a success, we will probably publish it on Google ‘s Android as well. Be ready for a few sneak peeks though.
“I never see what has been done; I only see what remains to be done.”

Skybox Conceptual Design
Our second game project is based on an old successful and really fun game concept created by a programmer at Skybox Conceptual Design. Skybox approached us to for the development of the game for the mobile platforms; iOS, iPhone and iPad from Apple. Of course we said yes, not only because it will be the first assignment for Big Buddha Games, but also because of the great potential the game concept has for Apple ‘s App Store. Skybox will be publishing the game.
Development of Break Ball 360
Thus we started the development of our second game for iOS, iPhone and iPad; Break Ball 360 using the Unity 3D game engine for Skybox. Apple ‘s iOS, iPhone and iPad motion based controls tends to be perfect for this kind of game. At the moment we are working on a solid prototype, which we will present to them in a week or two.
Like we said earlier; Big Buddha Games already started on a game concept for a mobile game which we are going to launch on Apple ‘s iOS, iPhone and iPad . But because we lack experience in releasing and publishing mobile games for Apple ‘s iOS and Google ‘s Android, we won’t reveal any details about the gameplay just yet. The first thing we need to do is a little research in copyright protection before someone runs off with our ideas.
We started the cross development of our first game concept for iOS, iPhone and iPad, named; Rodeo Randy. Using the Unity 3D game engine. With Unity 3D it’s a lot easier for the cross development of mobile games. Apple ‘s iOS, iPhone and iPad will be our first development and publishing platform for Project Randy. If Project Randy on Apple ‘s iOS, iPhone and iPad tends to be a success, we will probably publish it on Google ‘s Android as well. After we’ve spoken to a Intellectual Property consultant, you can expect the first information, art and gameplay about Project Randy. We can tell you this: It will be fun!
Fun and easy
Big Buddha Games goal is clear: the development of fun and easy to use mobile games for mobile platforms like Apple ‘s iOS, iPhone, iPad and Google ‘s Android. So our corporate identity must radiate like Big Buddha; fun, mobile and games.
Daan Kars took those thoughts and transformed them into our corporate identity. He designed our Big Buddha Games logo, choose our corporate colors and created the header and footer styles for our documents. He convinced us with this Apple touch icon. It all fell into place. You are never going to forget our logo, because of him.
Daan Kars will be reincarnated as a grandmaster artist in his next life. Big Buddha will make sure of that!
“We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.”
